About Us

Some cliques are built on status. Ours was built on something better.

The Collective was born in the break room of a grocery store, where two people who didn't quite fit the mold found each other and decided that was perfectly fine.

There's Julie — 62, sharp as ever, and done waiting for a system that keeps trying to count her out. And there's Kwame — 51, a pastor and devoted family man who came all the way from Ghana, works harder than anyone in the room, and still leads with grace when others don't extend the same.

We weren't in the clique at work. So we made our own.

The Collective exists because we believe everyone deserves quality products, fair treatment, and someone in their corner. We care — not as a slogan, but as a practice. It's how we treat each other, and it's how we treat you.

When you shop with us, you're part of our clique too. Welcome. 🖤
